Inventory Associate

Summary of Job Duties: 

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Control Manager, perform inventory related duties on a daily basis.

Specific Job Duties:

1. Counting of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
2. Perform daily cycle counts at multiple locations throughout the company�s warehouses.
3. Must be able to operate powered equipment reach trucks and order pickers.
4. Perform counts on finished goods and components for vitamins.
5. Research inventory variances for cause and provide feedback to the team.
6. Support other departments with inventory research and information, via email, written, or verbal.
7. Assist department in understanding their inventory discrepancies.
8. Provide support for other counters when necessary.
9. Perform other duties as assigned which might move you from your assigned area.
10. Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. 1+ year inventory control experience or equivalent skills.
2. Previous experience in a job that required independence.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
4. Pass company test at 80% or better.
5. Previous experience in a fast-paced job.
6. Effective written and verbal communication.
7. HS Diploma or equivalent.
8. Work at multiple warehouse locations when necessary.
9. Work in an environment in which job duties are rotated.
